  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times are in addition to our 1-3 business day fulfillment time.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method, the weight of your order, and your delivery address.

  • Free Shipping Threshold: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99.00.


4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: While rare, packages can occasionally be lost in transit. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please also notify us within 3 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
